All items are packaged and shipped from MIROHAUS in Los Angeles, California.

Lead Times

In general, MIROHAUS works to fulfill orders placed on the site as soon as possible. Your goods will ship according to the delivery lead times as outlined on the product detail page. All lead times shown through the website are estimates through a third party shipping company. MIROHAUS is not responsible for any delays.  

Receipt of Damaged Goods

We package everything very carefully, but sometimes accidents happen. If the furniture, goods or prints you receive are damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and send us an email Hello@mirohaus.com. Please reach out to us within 12 hours of receipt to begin the next steps.

Domestic & International Deliveries

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and then an additional email when your item ships. All of our products ship in boxes, but some are small and some are large. This affects their lead time individually and the way they ship. If you purchase a variety of items, they will ship as they’re ready. If you’d like us to ship them at the same time, please contact shop@mirohaus.com

Production time estimates are indicated in the item description. 
Shipping transit times are variable and dependent upon destination. Order cancelation is not possible once a package has shipped.

For International Deliveries: Shipping insurance fees are included in shipping charge. All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be paid by MIROHAUS. 

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery means that your item will be delivered to the curb of the shipping address you have provided. The item will be packaged and the delivery person(s) will not be required to assist you with unpacking or disposal of packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove means your goods are delivered to your address, unpackaged, and then taken to the place you designate at the address. If assembly is required for the item you ordered, the delivery persons will do that assembly onsite.  Packaging debris will be removed and disposed of by the delivery team. Please note that White Glove delivery usually requires a longer transit time, so plan accordingly.

 

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request your return within 15 days of receiving your item.

To begin a return please email shop@mirohaus.com and provide customer details and order number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Mirohaus.

Products made from wood, marble, concrete and all other natural materials may have inconsistencies in grain or pattern. Such is the nature of these materials.  This enhances their beauty, making each one unique, and therefore is not the basis of a legitimate return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival to you.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@mirohaus.com before you send your item back to us. If your item arrived damaged, please take detailed images of the damage before returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
