Guests

The nightly rate covers up to 6 guests.
Additional guests must be disclosed: $50 per extra guest, per night.
Undisclosed guests will result in a $100 per person, per night charge.
More than 8 overnight guests is a city violation and will result in immediate removal without refund.

PETS:
We permit small dogs, on a case-by-case basis. We charge an additional fee of $150 per pet. Please discuss your requirements with us in advance. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee of $250 per pet. Please reach out in advance to discuss any pet requests.

Respect Our Home
Please treat our space as if it were your own. If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, kindly send us a quick message with a photo so we can take care of it.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating - Optional Add On

Must be requested 24 hours in advance

✹ POOL HEATING: Pool and spa heating is optional and charged separately.

Pool Preheat Cost: $60 or $75 (from October thru April) to have the pool and Jacuzzi preheated and at full temperature for your arrival.
Pool & Jacuzzi Heating Rate: $60 per night, or $75 per night (from October thru April), with a 2-night minimum. This rate covers ongoing heating for both the pool and Jacuzzi.
Jacuzzi-Only Heating Rate: $40 per night, with a 2-night minimum.

This is a shared cost due to increasing SoCal gas prices. Please note that adding pool and spa heating can be requested at the time of booking or later. To ensure the pool or Jacuzzi is preheated and ready for your arrival, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Payments will be processed via Airbnb.

Keep cover on to retain heat.

If raining, open the pool cover to prevent water buildup

Do not open the cover if water has pooled on top—contact us instead so we can send maintenance.

Your unique door code has been sent to use via air bnb.
Use only this code — no other buttons needed.
Wait for the click, then pull the door open.
If the code is entered incorrectly too many times, the lock will disable for 1 minute.
